Wireless Sales Expert

At “Elite Metro Corp” our sales team members are refer to as “Wireless Experts.”  Each “Wireless Expert” is expected to represent the company in the most professional way possible. They create a productive work environment and are responsible to carry out our number one goal, Customer Satisfaction. Our “Wireless Experts” have overall general knowledge of smart phones & computers that we use as cash registers to do business. A “Wireless Expert” is the host and participant of the company’s sales development and is considered an important person within the team therefore; they are compensated completely based on performance.

An “Elite Wireless Expert” must be driven, self-motivated and goal oriented. The candidate must be motivated to create superior sales and closing ability. Must be eager to achieve personal sales goals as well as company training requirements through our online “Metro University”  Each candidate must have excellent time management skills, maximizing sales opportunities and managing the selling floor.  Candidates must stay up to date on all industry information and technology to generate new business by delivering GREAT Customer Service that will produce repeated customers.  Candidates must project a professional presence while maintaining an appropriate demeanor and appearance to enforce all visual, housekeeping, and appearance standards.


Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs at times.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of times.
  • Ability to complete paperwork completely and accurately in a timely manner.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

Ensure audit compliance at all times as required by upper management.

Previous experience with metroPCS, Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon is preferred – Not required.

Spanish speaking is preferred.

Compensation: Hourly + Commission
